Number Translation Service

Number Translation Service (NTS) is the process of diverting a call made to one number to a landline or even a mobile number. This service is typically used by businesses to provide a single point of contact for customers regardless of where they are within the UK. This can be free, local or national rate for the caller. The number the call is routed to can be different for certain times of the day or days of the week. 9-5 Monday to Friday it goes to your office number. Out of hours it goes to your home landline. At the weekend it is transferred to your mobile. You need never miss a business call again.

Our number translation service is available on a number of different call rates. The number type selected will determine the number types that can be diverted to.

Allow free diversion to landlines only

• 0871 special services (g7 rate) - charged at 10ppm at all times

• 0844 special services (g6 rate) - charged at 5ppm at all times

• 070 personal numbers (c rate) - charged at 12.6ppm daytime, 7.3ppm evening, 3.9ppm weekend

Allow free diversion to landlines and UK mobiles

• 070 personal numbers (k rate) - charged at 37.5ppm daytime, 25ppm evening, 12.5ppm weekend

• 070 personal numbers (pn2 rate) - charged at 50ppm at all times
