Revenue share information
For those resellers who get revenue share from their calls, the following information explains the timing/procedure:
Inweb will send you a breakdown of your rebate on or shortly after the 24th of the month following the month in which the calls were made.
We will also notify you of any deductions. Deductions may occur by order of ICSTIS or by an A1 retention notice by BT where they or another operator suspects fraud or other artificial inflation of traffic.
You then bill Inweb for the rebate amount and add VAT if appropriate. We pay your invoice on 14th of the following month.
Invoices should be sent to our account department (who can be emailed at accounts@inweb.co.uk). If you have not received your revenue share information by the end of the month following the month in which calls were made, you can query this by emailing telecoms@inweb.co.uk.
0871 NTS to International destinations
Our 0871900 number range (10ppm) can be diverted to some international destinations. You can download the list which contains number prefixes and country/destination names.
We have a number of APIs for various services, and are always developing them/adding more. If you have any particular requirements which do not appear to be catered for, please ask us at telecoms@inweb.co.uk.
